Upon receipt, all raw materials are weighed, sampled and analyzed in our high-tech lab. The customer is informed of the weight and the results of the analysis, and this information is used as a basis for calculating the price.
Depending on the material, processing takes place either in the rotary kiln (recycling the energy released and any sulfur which may be present) or directly in our melting plant, where the following products are made:
• TFN (Treibacher ferro nickel)
• Ferro vanadium FeV45
• Calumet® 60 (calcium aluminate)
• TNiMo (Treibacher nickel-molybdenum alloy)
