Cerabead® CZ

Cerabead^® is a high-performance ceramic grinding bead which exhibits high homogeneity and a finely distributed tetragonal zirconium oxide crystal structure (98 %) for high-energy wet grinding. The cerium-stabilized zirconium oxide makes the grinding beads highly resistant to wear and chemicals. The hardness and high fracture resistance of Cerabead^® CZ go a long way to preventing the grinding beads from fracturing. A special polishing process ensures high surface quality.
Thanks to the innovative production processes, we can offer spherical grinding beads with very low diameter variation.
