Significant position in the market or one or more niches
Existing customer base
20 – 100 million EUR revenue per year
Sustainable positive EBITDA
Focus Europe and North America

Criteria for an acquisition or licensing of new technologies:

Considerable improvement of the production of our existing products
New products for our target markets
